Beautiful interior, seafood with aperitif was very good, then the sharing 2 courses started with a plate of seafood and some meat, wasn’t really special… nothing was very flavour full and chorizo for the meat was to simple.Good wine and service tough.Then the main course fish was oké, not much flavour to be honest. Pulled lamb just wasn’t it… dessert was good.. had a good evening but some things missed the mark..

We drove from The Hague to Middelburg to experience the area and seafood and this restaurant is a gem. Loved the delicious Fruits de Mer and Mussels as well as the Tiramisu and Creme brûlée

This beautiful restaurant tucked away in one of the quieter shopping streets is a hidden gem. The black clad interior furnished with gold and dark wood adds to an intimate atmosphere perfect for a gastronomic experience. The waiters are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The menu was very interesting with many of the dishes being fish orientated. Fresh catch of the day always sounds exciting and I spotted a few diners enjoying the lobster dishes. We decided to try the local delicacy miniature snails as an aperitif. I opted for the Seabass tartare which was delicious with a light delicate flavour. For mains I chose the fresh mussels cooked in a Thai sauce. The mussels were absolutely divine with a spicy kick to the taste. Finally I shared a cheese platter which was a perfect finale to a wonderful experience.

Great place, good food, quality and prices. Real authentic food from the region. Attentive service. Only small downside is the smoke/smell from the BBQ in the restaurant.

They lost our online reservation but the wonderful waitresses and delicious food were so good that we totally forgot about that fact. We also noticed that they were teaching and encouraging the younger members of the crew (probably on their first jobs ever) about the service and the food... that was wonderful to watch! Highly recommended restaurant!
